Agentique Québec inc. deploys AI agents and automations designed to assist businesses in their operational tasks. These tools are provided « as is » and « as available ».
You expressly acknowledge and accept that:
- 1. AI agents and artificial-intelligence models can generate inaccurate, incomplete or erroneous information (a phenomenon known as « hallucinations »).
- 2. No guarantee is provided as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability of the results generated by the deployed solutions.
- 3. You remain solely and fully responsible for verifying, validating and making final use of all results produced by the AI agents.
- 4. Agentique Québec inc. cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, claim or expense (direct or indirect) arising from the use of the solutions, including in particular errors in quotes, bids, estimates, contractual documents, regulatory compliance or any other business decision.
- 5. The solutions in no way replace human professional judgment, trade expertise or the qualified advice of a competent professional (legal, accounting, engineering, architecture or other). They are designed as decision-support tools: the Client's personnel must always review, validate and approve critical information outputs before any operational, contractual or regulatory use. Use of the solutions does not exempt anyone from complying with the standards, codes and practices of the construction industry.
By using the services of Agentique Québec inc., you fully accept the above limitations and release the Provider from any liability in this regard, to the extent permitted by law.

Description of processing
Nature of the project: Deployment of autonomous AI agents and recurring task-chain automations for SMBs in Québec's construction sector (document management, quotes, time tracking, inventory, lead qualification, etc.)
Technologies used: Open-source Hermes framework + possible integration of third-party AI models (LLMs)
Categories of individuals concerned: Clients (businesses), client employees, prospects.
Categories of personal information processed
- Identification data (name, email, phone)
- Professional and business data (internal processes, quote documents, quantity schedules, etc.)
- Potentially sensitive data depending on the client's context (project information, ongoing bids, etc.)
Purposes of processing
- Provide the free AI audit
- Configure and deploy AI agents and automations
- Provide support and continuous optimization
Identified privacy risks
1. Transfer of data to AI models hosted outside Québec (e.g. OpenAI, Kimi, others) → Risk of foreign jurisdiction and third-party access.
2. Automated processing of potentially sensitive business data.
3. Risk of re-identification if data is not sufficiently anonymized.
4. Risk of leakage or security incident during storage or transfer.
Planned mitigation measures
- Favour local execution or execution on the client's servers where technically possible
- Data minimization: collect only strictly necessary data
- Subcontractor assessment: select providers offering solid contractual guarantees
- Anonymization or pseudonymization where possible before sending to external models
- Subcontracting agreements with confidentiality and data-protection clauses
- Staff training and internal incident-management procedures
- Right to portability and deletion offered to clients
Conclusion
After implementing the above mitigation measures, the residual privacy risk for the individuals concerned is considered low.
This PIA will be reviewed for each significant new type of processing or upon major changes in the technologies used (new AI models, new subcontractors, etc.).
